School of Medicine: Babcock to Lead New PA Program in Phoenix

The School of Medicine is launching a new Physician Assistant (PA) program in Phoenix to meet the growing demand of professionals interested in entering the field. Emily Babcock, DHSc, PA-C, serves as program director and associate professor for the program.

The new program plans to welcome its inaugural class in the fall of 2023. Applications for the PA program will be available beginning April 28, 2022, and the interview process will follow in the fall. The first cohort will be comprised of 36 students and will increase to 46 students in the second cohort followed by 56 students in the third cohort.
