Led by Barb Harris, PhD, co-director of the program for Ignatian Mindfulness, Stretch, Breathe and Reset sessions will help participants become more aware of where one holds stress in the body, when one is breathing poorly and how the stop the mind from losing focus. Attendees will practice body awareness, breathing techniques, stretches and bringing the mind back into focus. Harris has several years experience teaching mindful movement to address stress and anxiety. You don’t need to be flexible or in a good mood to participate.

To reserve your spot, go to my.Creighton.edu. Login to the Wellness platform (Virgin Pulse icon). There, click the calendar icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen, then on “Stretch, Breathe and Reset.” The session will be capped at 14 participants.
