Creighton will remain with United HealthCare for our medical plan carrier. As we near open enrollment, detailed information will be shared.

Read below for a few reasons why we are excited with our new partnership with Express Scripts and stay tuned for more information about the transition from Optum Rx to Express Scripts.

• Express Scripts is a longtime administrator of prescription drug benefits serving more than 100 million Americans.

• This new partnership is expected to decrease the financial burden of prescription drug costs for Creighton’s employees

• The move to Express Scripts is anticipated to result in minimal disruption for most employees

• Express Scripts will provide resources to assist employees with the transition and our dedicated pharmacists at the Creighton University Campus Pharmacy will be available to assist any employee with questions about their prescriptions

• Customers of our on-campus pharmacy in Omaha, the Creighton University Campus Pharmacy, will still be able to get their prescriptions delivered on campus.
