Occupational therapy faculty members, Marion Russell, OTD, OTR/L, CSFES, in collaboration with research mentor Vanessa Jewell, PhD, OTR/L, and co-investigators Emily Knezevich, PharmD, CDECS, BCPS (pharmacy), and Amy Abbott, PhD, RN (nursing), and Kameran Ulferts (community partner), have been awarded a $50,000 Intervention Research Grant for the project “Impact of COVID-19 on Family Quality of Life and Healthcare Access for Families with a Child with Diabetes.” The project is supported by the American Occupational Therapy Foundation.
