This committed group of students will have the opportunity to serve as mentors and/or homework tutors for students at local schools. Participants are expected to demonstrate commitment to the mentor relationship and attend every week. Site options could change and new ones could still be added, but currently include:

-Completely KIDS: We are excited to partner with this local after school program to offer in person reading buddies and mentorship for elementary aged children on Wednesdays from 4:45-6:45 OR Thursdays from 4:15-6:15pm. Transportation provided.

TeamMates: Mentor an elementary aged student over your lunch break. Participants will meet with their mentee over the lunch break (any day of the week that works in your schedule) and will also join an evening reflection session with other Creighton TeamMates mentors to reflect on the experience together. TeamMates requires a two year commitment. This site accepts new volunteers during the Fall semester.
