Trying to find the perfect birthday party for your child? What about just a fun summer get together for you and your child’s friends? Jim Berscheidt and Mary Chase have teamed up to provide a summer party like no other! Sun, fun, swimming, pizza, and drinks all included. No prep, no clean up on your part! On a mutually agreed upon date during the summer of 2019, up to 10 kids can enjoy 2-3 hours of swimming and snacking in Jim and Mary’s private backyard neighborhood pool (Oak Hills neighborhood near 120th and Q). The pool has a basketball hoop, diving board and there is enough space for a quick game of whiffle ball or kickball if the kids need a break from the water. The successful bidder should contact Mary Chase to arrange for the date and times so invitations can be sent to your guests.

This year the SCSJ awarded $23,300 in need-based and leadership scholarships enabling 177 (out of 375) students to participate who otherwise may not have been able to go. We further subsidize the cost of every participant. Here’s your chance to make a tax-deductible contribution to support the students. Please fill out the cards on your tables, place in envelopes, and give to students with baskets. We will announce a running tally. You can give at any time! Every donation, large and small, is greatly appreciated! Suggestions:
