Worker Appreciation Banquet!

Do you want to show your appreciation for workers from Harper & Skutt, Res Life, Facilities, and Sodexo on a more personal level? Do you want to share a meal with the workers you already know personally? Do you want to say thanks for their commitment to the Creighton community? All students, faculty, and administration are invited to volunteer at the first-ever, student-organized Worker Appreciation Banquet on Friday, April 27th from 7:00-9:30 pm in Lower St. John’s. The event is sponsored by Justice & Peace Cooperative, Facilities Management and Sodexo.
We especially need student volunteers interested in:
- setting up, working, and cleaning up
- greeting workers and their families
- serving the workers dinner and drinks
- sitting down to visit and share a meal with workers and their families
